Current CBD Dropper Bottle Laboratory Results

Treatibles uses only the safest and most effective full plant hemp extractions, utilizing CO2 extraction methods. We created this elixir to accommodate some of our small to medium animal friends who may take to dropper administration more easily than our chews.

This elixir provides a blend of non-psychoactive cannabinoids derived from hemp grown in Colorado.  It is a full plant extract and contains terpenes and other non-psychoactive cannabinoids such as CBDA and CBDV.  This product contains no THC.

Studies have shown CBD can be effective in neutralizing the effects of THC toxicity. Should your animal ingests THC (edibles, flower, oil, etc), administer 2 full droppers of Treatibles CBD elixir and contact your local veterinarian.

Dogs Love Treatibles, CBD Pet Treats

Treatibles contain a proprietary blend of non-psychoactive cannabinoids derived from medical grade hemp. The cannabinoids in our chews work together to help support each animal in their time of need.

We do not use any marijuana in our product. Our product is virtually free of THC and is totally non-psychoactive. Treatibles will not get your animal high. Your animal companions can enjoy all the benefit of these plant cannabinoid without the worry of any psychoactive effects.

All animals (except insects) have an endocannabinoid system, which is widely spread throughout the body from head to toe. Our bodies and animals’ bodies produce endocannabinoids very much like the cannabinoids found in these plants (hemp and cannabis). Therefore, the receptors found throughout the body all respond to these plant phytocannabinoids when they enter the body just as they do with our bodies’ natural cannabinoids. The phytocannabinoids bind to the receptors that need them most and thus cause the beneficial results experienced. This system also helps to regulate all homeostatic functions. Without homeostasis, our feedback mechanisms stop working which can result in, to name a few, disease, inflammation, autoimmune disease, and epilepsy. The list goes on and on.

Often in diseased states, our bodies need assistance with this regulation and need help outside of the body. Plant phytocannabinoids like CBD are a healthy, non-toxic way to provide balance.

Endocannabinoid system in dogs

Raphael Mechoulam, an Israeli scientist, first discovered the endocannabinoid system. He also was the first person to identify and isolate CBD, THC, and many of the other known cannabinoids (CBN, CBC, CBG, THCa, CBDa, etc). Mechoulam has become known as “The Grandfather of Cannabis” due to his extensive research and contributions to cannabinoid study. Many researchers and scientists all over the world have continued and expanded upon his research into the endocannabinoid system, cannabinoids, and the associated benefits.

Your pets natural messenger cannabinoids are called anandamide and 2-AG. They stimulate receptors present in your pet’s brain (CB1 receptors) and throughout its body (CB2 receptors). The cannabinoids in hemp attach to those same receptors. However, they resist letting go of those receptors so their effect is more powerful and longer lasting. Substances that hang on to receptors longer than the natural messengers are called an agonist. The chief agonist cannabinoids in cannabis or hemp are 9-tetrahydrocannabinol (aka THC or delta-9) and cannabidiol (aka CBD).  When the effect of the cannabinoids wear off, it is because they were processed (metabolized) by the pet’s liver into compounds that left through the bile and urine or were stored in the pet’s body fat. This is why the possible benefits can be broad and why cannabinoids can result in immediate benefit and support.
