TreatWell’s tinctures are made with our high quality extract mixed with MCT (medium chain triglyceride) oil. MCT oil is a form of coconut oil which is healthy, easy to digest and blends evenly for consistent and accurate dosing. Each tincture ratio is strain specific and has been bred back for decades to target certain types of conditions.
Low to non-psychoactive, anti-inflammatory mild pain relief : minor injuries, auto-immune conditions, mild arthritis, IBS, breast cancer.
Treatwell’s mission is to provide the highest quality possible cannabis medicine for both people and pets. We are committed to health and wellness in every step of our tincture process. We start with organically and sun-grown cannabis and use only the top shelf untrimmed flowers from our plants in our organic ethanol extraction process. Our proprietary method captures the full plant benefits (including the desirable terpenes) without the unwanted plant matter that other extractions push through such as waxes, fats and chlorophyll. We then mix our cannabis
extraction with MCT oil (medium chain triglyceride oil) instead of using harsh alcohol or glycerin. MCT oil is fractionated coconut oil which is healthy, easy to digest and blends evenly for consistent and accurate dosing.
TreatWell’s CBDA tincture is non-psychoactive and has a very high antioxidant and terpene content. CBDA is the acid-based compound found in raw cannabis. It is the precursor to CBD, however, it has shown to have its own unique properties. It is a powerful anti-inflammatory, neuroprotectant and anti-bacterial; targeting severe pain, cancer treatment support, concussions, injuries and some types of seizures. This tincture can also be used topically for skin conditions and bacterial infections.
dosing changes: (keep beginning): Every person responds differently to cannabis and dosing will depend on many factors. We suggest starting off with a low dose and slowly ramping up to find your MED (minimum effective dose). For chronic issues, dosing three times a day before each meal is usually most effective. A good starting dose for mild issues is 2.5mg total cannabinoids (1/4 dropper or ~10 drops). This dose can be gradually increased over time at your comfort level until you see improvement. Self titration and experimentation with different compounds and ratios is key for cannabis to find what works best for you. Please note that CBDA can be stimulating for some people, so use caution when taking before bed.
A tincture is a liquid form of cannabis extraction that can be taken sublingually (under the tongue) or put into any food or beverage. Tinctures are an excellent form of delivery because they are easy to use, versatile and fast acting.

Every person responds differently to cannabis and dosing will depend on many factors. So we always suggest starting with very low doses in the evening and then slowly ramping up to find the MED (minimum effective dose). For chronic issues, dosing before each meal and before bed is usually the most effective. A good dosing starting point for mild issues is 2.5mg of cannabinoids (we call this a pediatric dose). This is ~1/4 a dropper. The patient can slowly increase the amount until they see improvement.
