Hassle-Free Exchange Policy

At True Farma we proudly stand behind all of the brands we carry. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll send out a fresh replacement as soon as possible at no additional cost. Simply return the original item to your delivery driver when your replacement product arrives.

Defective or damaged products are eligible for exchange if they meet the following conditions:

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of original purchase
  • Product must be in new or lightly used condition
  • Product cannot be returned if damage is a result of misuse
